4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, or refunds are considered only if a product arrives damaged. Customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged candle. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, an eligible order may qualify for a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

5. Bulk Orders & Gifting
